• Vendors must be at least 18 years old
• Special booth space and special needs requests will be accepted but are not guaranteed
• Acceptance is non-transferable
• Artists must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, displays, grounded extension cords and dollies/carts
• The festival is Nicotine and drug-free
• Tents must be weighted down, and organizations must provide their own weights
• Radios, speakers and generators are not permitted on festival grounds
• Artists are responsible for keeping their area clean, including during tear-down at the end of the day
• It is the exclusive right of the Festival Committee to remove work that does not comply with Festival rules and regulations

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in written form and submitted by email. If an artist cancels on or before May 1, 2025, they will be given a refund for the amount they have paid towards the booth, less $5 processing fee, with confirmed receipt of email correspondence. After May 1, 2025, all vendor fees are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Artists who have not checked in and/or notified The Pullman Chamber via email by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the festival (May 17, 2025) will be considered a NO SHOW, and the assigned space will be forfeited with no refund.
Weather Policy: The Pullman Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for canceling the 3 Forks River & Arts Festival due to the forecast of hazardous weather conditions, power outages or extreme conditions requiring cancellation to protect vendors, visitors or property. You will be notified of the festival’s cancellation in severely inclement weather. Artists are encouraged to have their own insurance. Vendor fees are non-refundable; there will be no refunds or credits given.
Failure to comply with 3 Forks River & Arts Festival policies and procedures may result in removal from festival grounds. Individuals with questions regarding policies are encouraged to email events@pullmanchamber.com.
